Error Message: INPUT MEDIA FORMAT IS INVALID. HELP

Hello....Any help would be appreciated...I recently
downloaded a song and when i try to play it....a message
pops up saying INPUT MEDIA FORMAT IS INVALID! It has
the option to close or web help. Under web help it says
Error# COODOBB8...unable to find help at this time. My
question is? Why does the Windows Media Player play all
my music files except this particular song. I have
Windows XP and I think I have updated to the latest
version of Windows Media Player. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
