error message in TD build

Can anyone give me some guidance with this error message" R: Error 5800:
[MUI Prototype] cmiLangMUILCID is missing."? I am not sure what that means?

Another Question...?
Regional and Language Options, under Language for non-Unicode programs:
Japan does not show up as option and yet it shows up for the other ones...is
that normal? If not, how do I fix it?

Regarding the locales you can see in the Regional and Language Options CPL, I suggest you check the MUI pack release notes.
