Error message in Newsleecher

I have installed Vista as it is supposed to be the be all and end all. I have
re- installed my Newsgroup program called Newsleecher but it keeps cooming up
with application error. I know it is ok. Is this a problem with vista as the
program is supposed to run in vista.
