c:\windows\localsettings\applicationdata\microsoft\outlook\
outlook.pst

What is this? Remedy? Cannot access outlook data.

That's your data file where Outlook stores all mail, calendar, contacts, etc
items. What error do you get? Have you tried running scanpst.exe against it
already?

How do you do that?

Note is "custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use
an outlook form instead. Erros have been detected in the
file: c:\windows\localsetting etc...

.

Start the tool and press the Browse button
Browse to your pst-file
Press start and wait untill it's finished

Always choose to create a back-up! Even better is to create a back-up
yourself before starting the tool by copying your pst-file to another
location.
