error message help

I keep getting this error when I start up.......ISASS.EXE Can not find the file? So I hit OK and the commputer resets itself. How do I get rid of it? Thank you in advance.

LSASS.EXE is part of the Internet Explorer. You can extract it from
the Windows-CD with MSCONFIG.EXE > Extract File. Try this from the
Safe Mode if you cannot start Windows in the Normal Mode.
