Error message: Could not open INSTALL.LOG file

I am trying to uninstall Rhapsody from my computer but I keep getting
the above error message. I can not reinstall it and then try to
uninstall again because I do not want to sign up for Rhapsody
again..it's not free. Help! Thanks, (e-mail address removed)
