error message box

What does this error message mean? Outside error= 0
success = 0. This window comes up when desktop opens, at
top of message box it says here. Never have seen this
before. I had just installed some new updates and then it
appeared after restarting computer. Any ideas?
 
What does outsideerror=0 success= mean, and where does it come?
