When I double click the desktop shortcut I created to open 'C:\Users\Mr.
Lingo\Audio\Audio Books' I get a message box that says:
"Windows cannot find 'C:\Mr. Lingo\Audio\Audio Books'. Make sure you typed the
name correctly, and then try again." After which the folder opens anyway.
The same thing happens when I click Start>Control Panel with a long string of
characters in the place of the file 'not' found, and as usual Control Panel
does open leaving the error message box underneath the open folder/Control
Panel

Hi,

The target appears to be incorrect for the shortcut. Right click it and
choose properties. In the target box, make sure the full path appears (ie:
"C:\Users\Mr. Lingo\Audio\Audio Books" and not just "C:\Mr.
Lingo\Audio\Audio Books") and that it is enclosed in quotes.

Is the number you are seeing for the control panel this one?
