Error Message at start up

I tried to install a mobile audio player by Toshiba
(MEA110) about 3 weeks ago, it never worked.
Now on start up I get the following error message:

SystemRoot\system32\Drives\oddevcnt.sys
device driver could not be loaded
Error status was Oxc0000221

It stops the whole startup untill I click ok
 
Morning,
Download a program call msconfig for w2k, you can then edit your start up
folder. Or better go to start/programs/startup and see if it is in there.
