Error message at same site

I work with Windows XP Professional and have it installed on new computer.
When I access yedda.com I will invariably receive this error message after a
few minutes of answering questions:
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and must shut down.
I only get this when working with yedda. My computer technician says it is
not a problem with Explorer and yedda claims that I am the only one to
complain. How can I determine who is right? and how can it be corrected?
