error message AppName iexplore

[Veda]

I am having great difficulties with getting error
messages. I have gone on the Microsoft help site and it
said to disable the Smart tags. I have not found smart
tags in the areas they told me to go to. The numbers are
different for the error messages for that info. I need
someone who can help me with getting this cleared up.

AppName: iexplore.exze
Mod/Ver 6.0.2800.1226
AppVer 6.0.2800.1106
Offset 00089920
ModName-Mshtml.dll

If anyone can assist me in correcting this, I look forward
to any help.
