error message and shutdown

I keep getting the error message that Internet explorer
has encountered a problem and will be shutdown. What can
I do about this problem? Thanks.

Also when shutting down Zone Alarm Pro, I get ZLCLIENT
caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 015f:bff9d5c2.the message: Any
ideas on how I can fix this? Thanks again.
