Error message after successful download

I bought and downloaded MCF-Huntsville. Download was fine but when I try to
bring up game from desktop icon, I get "Macromedia Project has encountered a
prob.....Please tell microsoft... I tried turning off firewall, no luck. Any
suggestions? P.S. I am Wilma Flintstone when it comes to computers, please be
VERY specific! Thanks!

Hi Jimmy S. I tried the web sites you recommended and I still can't find an
answer to this problem. I waited to get the cd in the mail and I downloaded
again. Still same prob. Download successful but error message comes up when I
try to open the game. HEEEELLLLPP!!!! Thanks! Jill

Do not purchase the game again. First, try to download the game a second time, and open it. If that doesn't work, look for the

Jimmy S. - Yes, I read all catagories on web site, but none of them seemed to
apply to the error message I'm getting. My computer says: Macromedia
Projector has encountered a problem and needs to shut down, etc.... I have
tried everything and still it keeps occuring. I wrote down the #'s on the
"error report". It is: AppVer:9.0.0.383 ModName:mshtml.dll ModVer:
6.0.2900.2873 Offset: 00251849 Does this help or do you have any other

My best suggestion would be to try the solutions on the website such as:

Afterwards, if the problem still persists, you should click the support links on their site:

They are the most familiar with their games and the technology they develop them on,
therefore Jill, they can save you a lot of fuss by guiding you to the direct solution if the
