After logging on to Windows XP an error message comes up twice:

"The procedure entry point ApsGetReady could not be located in the
dynamic link library wlanapi.dll"

How do I fix this could someone tell me please?

Thanks,

What your wireless Adapter maker, try to get the latest driver for your
Wireless Adapter.
Or Right click My Computer and select properties. On system properties click
on Hardware Tab then click Device manager and there under Network Adapter
expand the treeview and select the Wireless and remove it from the list.
Reboot your machine and windows will reinstall it for you on Restart.
Note don't include your email address in an open newsgroup again!

If you uninstalled it and got that message, then check for "wlanapi.dll"
in the "Run" keys and the "SharedDLLs" key in the registry:

To start the Registry Editor, open the Run box and enter: regedit

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls]
