Error Message After Installing HP Photosmart All-In-One

I recently purchased an HP psc 2410 Photosmart All-in-One
and installed the software. I have a Window XP Home
Operating System. After windows comes up, I received an
error message reading "The application or DLL
C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\CMEEII\Ctools.dll is not a
valid Windows image. Please check this against your
installation diskette". I tried checking the websites,
but not knowing what I am looking for, leaves me at a
disadvantage. Can you help?

Uninstall what you got. The go here for the latest XP drivers from HP for
this device and see if that fixes things up for you:
