ERROR message 100

I am trying to install antivirus protection by SBC, who is my ISP. I
uninstalled my Norton Antivirus as instructed in order to download the SBC
Antivirus. However, I keep getting "error message 100". Can you tell me
what the problem is. As of now, I have the red X icon in my toolbar which is
a Windows Security Alert. My firewall works but my antivirus doesnt.
 
You should contact SBC for this since it's their licensed AV that is
causing the issue. Depending on the version of NAV that was installed,
perhaps running one of Symantec's NAV removal tools could help resovle
