Error Message 0x800703e6

I have a Mac G4 PowerPC and have recently downloaded a Windows emulator so I can run Windows.
iEmulator 1.7.9 downloaded fine and installed Windows XP, now have a problem logging in.
The error message reads: A problem is preventing Windows form accurately checking license for this computer. Error Code: 0x800703e6.
Can anyone help?

Do you have a proper license for Windows XP? I think it is probably a peculiarity because of the iEmulator installation, so it may be worth seeking help from them first as they will know the reason for this:

LOL. My bloke needs windows for to work from home so its saves having to buy another computer. Glad I made your day thou.
