When I install a fresh copy of XP sp2 on a new hard drive I get the above
messge when all the files are copied and the prompt says loding windows. Same
message all the time. I have another drive with Vista installed and I loaded
it ok, but when i tried to install XP it crashes. If vista runs on another
drive why can't I get xp to run? Please help

I am not doing a dual boot. When I tried to install XP it crashed, it was the
video card. I then installed Vista on the same hard drive and it worked.
Apparently the video card was not for XP but Vista. I could not get XP to
install on the same hard drive after replacing the video card with an XP
card. I then took out the hard drive put in a new drive and tried to install
XP that is when it crashed twice with the same error code. All the components
are the same, everything works with Vista, but I want XP. So why this error
message on XP on a new clean drive?
