Error Messag IPSC$

When trying to acces folders and files on other computer in my workgrou I get
the following error message.
Enter network password for resourde \\nameofcomputer\IPSC$ can see computer
in workgroup but unable to see shared folders when you collapse tree
 
If these computers are running Windows XP Professional you need to have
accounts with matching names (and passwords, if used) on each PC in the
workgroup. For example, if you log onto Computer1 as "John" then all the
other computers in the workgroup must have an account named "John" to avoid
this prompt.

2000
