Error Messae - need help

All of a sudden I am getting the following message. Nothing happens when I click on Internet Explorer. The message is:
16 bit Window Subsystem
NTVDM has encounterd a system error
NTVDM has encountered a system error coh choose 'close to terminate the application
What can I do? Any help is appreciated.

This sounds like a Windows error and you have posted your question to the
Microsoft Access newsgroup. I did find this article...
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/220155 ...that might help. If it doesn't
you report to the Windows newsgroups and when you do post your Windows
version and as much information as possible. No one can see your machine
and what is happening.
