Error mess reappearing "cannot find file Flash.Ocx" Please help..

I tried to resolve this before and deleted all files and objects with the
Flash attached to it and I still get this error message.. I am at my last wit
with this; can somebody please give me some more help on removing this.

Solution to missing flash.ocx problem

Flash changed the name of flash.ocx in the latest versions to include the version number, so older programmes (often screensavers) which look for a file called flash.ocx can't find it.

There are several fixes. You can update or delete the old programme causing the problem. alternatively you can create a new flash.ocx file - see http://www.infomania.co.uk/?p=108 for details.
