Error Loding OS

Hello All,does anyone have an idea on what could cause this problem. Have a
A8N-SLI DELUX Motherboard. reloading system,OS starts Loading on restart
getting Error" ERROR LOADING OPERATING SYSTEM.

I want to put in a MAXTOR 250GB hard drive whit a 16MB CACHE.

Have Maxtor set as master,then WD 160GB hard drive set as slave.Tried
reloading OS three differant wasys with same results

Any Ideas??

Oh and i forgot to add the Maxtor is a ATA and Not a SATA.Its a Alienware
Computer.
