Fran,

I did a Yahoo search on "EGDHTML", and came up with numerous
references to a porn dialer (spyware) which will use your modem (if
you have one) to call a very distant phone number and pass outrageous
long distance charges to you.

The good news is, that this parasite may be removed by a combination
of HijackThis and Spybot S&D, and expert advice at SWI Forums (all
