Hey, it isn't a good idea to delete .dll files. If you
are having a problem with a dll file you should replace
it with a fresh copy to fix any coruption issues. Now,
see if you can boot into safe mode and run system file
checker (sfc) you will need to original OS installation
cd. If that is not an option then boot off the OS cd and
begin the installation process. When you get to the
screen that asks if you want to install click yes, the
next screen will ask if you what you want to do with the
previous installation, choose repair. Now the fun begins,
it will look just like the it is installing again but it
is just repairing. You will need the cd key and will have
to redo any windows updates.
