Find out what program is calling cnbaba.dll (I did a google search and
didn't yield any results) and disable it. I'd start with whatever other
files are in C:\PROGRA~1
\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\.
MSCONFIG, which doesn't come with Windows 2000 but can be found by doing a
websearch, may help you determine which program/application is launching
automatically.
