Error loading XML file
c:\winnt\microsoft.net\framework\v1.0.3705\Config\machine.config Request for
the permission of type
System.Security.Permissions.StrongNameIdentityPermission, mscorlib,
Version=1.0.3300.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 failed.

I have 2 frameworks installed in my system v1.0.3705 and v1.1.4322

Please help me as soon as possible

Hi..

When exactly its failing? where? You need to give little more details with
snippet where its failing ..

Are you developing ASP.Net web project? If yes, try changing .Net framework
version to latest in "properties" section under "ASP.Net" tab.
