Error Loading Resource DLL when opening Outlook

Every time I start up Outlook I get a message that says "error loading resource dll." All I have to do is press OK, then it gives me some message about McAfee that says I may be able to fix it by the Detect and Repair part of the help menu. It doesn't fix anything. Any ideas?
