error loading resource .Dll when I start outlook

I get an error when I start outlook. error loading resource .Dll. I press
return and it goes past it but says to use help to recover & restore. I do
this but when I go back again I get same error

Hi,
try regsvr32.exe / u resource.dll
and after this regsvr32.exe resource.dll
in the commandline
