Error loading Producer files

Is there no support for MS Producer 2003 here? I have major issues with
Producer and need answers NOW!
 
....and does that sort of approach usually work for you?

No-one (well hardly anyone ) here works for Microsoft they just give their
time freely. Try asking your question nicely and I'm sure someone will pop up
with the answer.

The people there are volunteers and other users, just as the people who help
one another use PowerPoint in this group are.

If you have a crisis on your hands and really need immediate support, it might
be best to call MS for pay-to-play help.
