Error loading Defender

SHi all. I'm getting the message ' This software requires GDI+. Please load
the Windows 2000 Security Software Prerequisite Pack' Can anyone tell me what
this is all about?

Unzip and place in \winnt\system32 or as appropriate for your system

It seems that the installer is not yet compatible with Windows 2000 systems.
