I downloaded a Kim Comando virus killer and it worked, but when it discovered
a corrupt dll file, I deleted it (probably stupid); now when I boot up I get
an error loading message window that I just click okay on and continue
working; but how can I reload system32\jbgvikft.dll ?

Thanks for your help.

While the program you ran may have removed the virus, it left
behind a registry entry that launches the file. To fix this
issue, do the following;

Download and run this program from Microsoft.

AutoRuns for Windows v8.73
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/ProcessesAndThreads/Autoruns.mspx

Look on the Everything page for an entry that includes
jbgvikft.dll in the Image Path column.
Remove the check mark from the box next to this entry.
Close Autoruns.
Restart your computer to see if the message is no longer
displayed.

Just to be on the safe side, you might want to run a scan with
another AV program. Here are some sites which offer free
scanning.

Trend Micro Housecall:

Panda Active Scan:

McAfee FreeScan

Symantec Security Check

A Google Groups search showed no mention of that file, other than your
post. That suggests that some malware was removed, but the reference to
the file was not removed from the registry.

Click Start, Run, type REGEDIT, click OK. Press the Home key, press F3,
type the name of the file into the search pane. Click "Find Next", and
when located, delete the reference to the file. Press F3 to continue
the search.

You can click File, Export, and save the entry to the Desktop. If you
remove it and there's a problem, double-click the .reg file you exported
to the Desktop and it'll be added to the registry again. You can create
a restore point before editing the registry too.
