Error // IS3CORE.DLL

Everytime I go to open my Yahoo mail I get the
message "Exploer has caused an error IS3CORE.DLL. Explorer
will now close." Anyone know what this is/how to correct
it?
 
Hi,
This file appears to belong to Stopzilla. Are you running Stopzilla? If so
try disabling it. If that stops the error, uninstall/reinstall it.
