Error: Interface no compatible

I am having this error (in spanish, dunno the exact translation, but I guess
it would be "no such interface supported") when I click in some links.

Even, when I tried to post a new questinon here, I got this error (sorry, in
spanish):

Linea 2
Car: 6433
Error: Interface no compatible
Código 0
URL: http://www.microsoft..... (complete url of the link location)

I reinstalled the scripting engine, I installed directx9, I deleted
temporary internet files... I did everything indicated in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308260

I think, it´s time to reinstall IE... is there a way to do it? or can this
error be fixed?

On which OS?

or can this error be fixed?

Make sure that your Security settings are Default Level.
Try pressing Ctrl-F5 (Refresh) on the problem page.

Also it may just be a transient error which prevented
some of the script files from being downloaded properly.

I´m sorry, forget to tell that my OS is Windows XP Pro

Security settings are on default...
