Error installing MapPoint 2009

Hello,

I downloaded the MSDN version and burned it on the DVD.
During setup, at its last step, it displays a message about not being able
to read
from disk - MDB file as far as I recall, but it's there. Is this some kind
of security/piracy setting? The soft is legitimate, as it comes from a valid
subscription managed by me.

How do I avoid this error and complete the installation?

You can try copying the DVD content to your hard drive and installing from
there, or you can try mounting the ISO on virtual optical drive software and
installing that way. Here is one such product:

If these suggestions don't work for you, please post in an appropriate
Windows group for more/better answers. Here's how...

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

In the tree on the left, first open the English category, then open Windows.
In Windows, find and open the category for your version of Windows, then
locate a group to post in.
