error in svchost.exe

Ive been getting errors in svchost.exe, but only while
online with a browser open: it happens with ie and with
crazybrowser. First I thought virus and so ran a scanner
with no results. still not 100% sure I did a clean
reinstall- format drive the lot- I get the error again
within 60 seconds of being online for the first time with
the new install- no extra software installed. anyone have
any ideas?

The best approach would probably be to enable a firewall first. Links to
