Error in start up computer

Hoi,

I have a Laptop and I reorganised the partitions with Fdisk
Even after format and running fdisk/mbr , I always have an errorscreen
( red allert ) before running Bios with the following:

" Save to disk fill not found "
" save to disk feature is disabled "
Run PHdisk for information File: Create new
Partititon: consult manual
Hit any key to exit



After a few seconds the screen disappears and the computer continue
his startup. After everything is running normal.

What can I do about this error
