Error in printing

Sir i have printing problem in my win2000 pro os.while
printing pdf file or printing from internet to a network
printer connected in tcpport i receive error message with
event id:20
the network printer model is HP4000 PCL6 and while i print
normal documents it get printed.PlZ help me to solve this
problem

Please re-add the printer with inbox driver this can be helpful
