Hi Im new to 2002 so please forgive me if im covering old
ground

I get the following error when I access a published
page404 error. Page not found.

I have created a page and pasted in a Dhtml script to give
me a menu.

If I double click on a page it loads it in my browser ok,
but if I try to go to the page in the "normal" mode of
frontpage or on the published website it says the page is
not there.

I have tried deleting the page and recreating it but it
still doesnt recognise it, also tried renamimg the page.

I managed to get one page loaded by "frigging " around
with word and inporting the contents buy I cant remember
how I did it. does anyone have any ideas ?

Start by making sure all your pages are in a FP web
File Open web and File Import (any pages outside of your web), then link to them
(also make sure the filenames do not have spaces - illegal html)
The File Publish web

Ive tried all this I have deleted the pages and recreated
them, I think it is somthing to do with the fact taht I am
calling them from an Dhtml menu, I managed to get one page
to load but not the others ?

the files are all contained in one directory

Then you need to check your JavaScript Dhtml script paths or provide a URL
