Error in internet explorer

I tried to scan my computer(w2k server sp4 with exchange 2k server sp3) online in www.pandasoftware.es, but after downloading activescan, just before starting to scan, internet explorer send an error message and close all iexplorer windows. I tried to update iexplorer to the last version(my version is 6.0.2800.1106)but in the moment of executing the file, i see a message telling me that i have one instalation who will not finish untill i restart my pc, but that's not the true, because i restart my pc and i have the same problem.
How can i solve it? is it a serious problem? thanks a lot.

I don't know if this will help or not, but try putting the website in your trusted
Web Content Zone and set the security to medium for that zone. Sometimes if the
internet zone security is higher than default [which is a good thing], certain
websites will not wok correctly and I like to use the trusted zone rather than reduce
settings in the internet zone. --- Steve
