Error in install: 1772

Gents

I am getting this error when I attempt to uninstall some
recently installed package. Does anyone know what it means
and how I can get round this problem. Also is there a
clean-up utility for MSI 2.0, I know there is one for pre-
2.0 versions but it is not supported for 2.0 and above.
 
The error I receieve is definitely 1772. The MSIZAP
utility sounds interesting but where can I get a copy from?

You didn't mistype 1772 did you? That's an unusual install/uninstall error.
