Error in inetcpl.cpl after installing msie 6 sp1

Getting this error after installing sp1: "An error or
exception occurred while calling the function "DllInstall"
in C:\windows\system\inetcpl.cpl". Version of inetcpl.cpl
is 6.0.2800.1106. I'm running Windows ME which came with
my pc.

Corrupt Control Panel.
Fix: http://aumha.org/downloads/cprestor.zip
Unzip the file, right-click on it and select "merge" to your Registry.
Reboot, Control Panel should display without problems.

Run "control.exe" (no quotes) from your Run > Dialog box *if* that generates "more"
error messages - please post back for further assistance.
