Error in IE 7.0 and browser closes automatically

hello everyone!!!!!!!!

I have DELL LAtitude D505 laptop with windows xp service pack2 and internet
explorer 7.0 wth all microsoft update and patches are installed upto date.
I am facing one problem with internet explorer and it shut downs
automatically.The error occurs is........................................An
unhandled win32 exception occured in iexplore.exe
[3116].......................................................
and it opens debugger and if i select no it closes all opened window of
internet explorer.
can anyone tell me what is the problem for this and how to solve this problem.
I tried removing internet explorer and installed again and updated to ie7.0
but still problem remains there.
