Error in DCDIAG

When i run dcdiag here is the output

What can i do to fix this, I have another DC but no errors in that one.

The File Replication Service is having trouble enabling replication from
SERVER02 to SERVER01 for e:\winnt\sysvol\domain using the DNS name
server02.domaina.local. FRS will keep retrying.
Following are some of the reasons you would see this warning.

[1] FRS can not correctly resolve the DNS name server02.domaina.local from
this computer.
[2] FRS is not running on server02.domaina.local.
[3] The topology information in the Active Directory for this replica has
not yet replicated to all the Domain Controllers.

This event log message will appear once per connection, After the problem
is fixed you will see another event log message indicating that the
connection has been established.

A 13508 warning indicates replication has failed. This can happen for
various reasons, but should be followed with a new warning 13509 that
indicates replication is occurring. Ultimately you want to see an
informational 13516 event. If DNS is not properly configured replication
will fail also if the second DC did not promote successfully. You can type
"net stop ntfrs & net start ntfrs" at a command prompt, then check event
viewer > file replication service event logs on both DCs.

If replication fails again you should check the DNS configuration.
