Error in closing Outlook

Hi,

Can anyone help me. After I close my MS Outlook, it displays "Please wait
while Microsoft Outlook exits" but this dialog box never goes off. I need to
use the task manager and click 'End Task' to shut it down.

Any other suggestions?

Run "Detect and Repair" from under the help menu in Outlook
