"Error importing to Windows Contacts"

You might open the CSV file with Excel or Notepad to see if there is a
problem with the data around that line.
 
Just got my new Vista machine with Windows Mail. I'm now importing email
contacts from another program that exported them in CSV format. After
importing 140 out of perhaps 800, the process stopped with "Error importing
to Windows Contacts". No further explanation was given. Any thoughts about
what might be the cause or what I can do? Thanks.
