Windows XP error I368 kdcom dll

I have a toshiba a 65 s126 operating system xp. a few weeks ago i got a blue screen and could not load anything. as of recent i've install a new hard drive and more memory I'm still getting a blue screen and a error Bio I386 kdcom DLL . It wont let me load operating system Please advice

When you installed the new hard drive, did you perform a fresh installation of Windows XP?

Also, what did the BSOD error say?
