Error generating reports in Business Contact Manager

Whenever I try to generate a report in Business Contact Manager for Outlook I
receive the following error:
'The report could not be generated. Please try again.'
Any ideas?
 
I just backed-up my database and then restored the database but I still get
error messages that reports can not be generated. Did I do something wrong?
