error file not fouind, no admin rights

a loa dof stuff came up whjilst i was in a temper so i clicked on anything, i
then tried to connect a cd drive whilst my computor was off which causes it
to freeze, no whenever i try to open anything it come up with 'error fil not
found' and when i close that it come up with 'error, no admin rights'. When i
first start up my computor it comes up qwith error no file found 18 times,
what have i done?

There is no way for us to know what you've done. Take the computer to a
professional computer repair shop (not your local version of
BigStoreUSA) or do a clean install yourself.
