Error : "Event ID: 1000 Source: Userenv"

In my event log I found below error.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 28/09/2005
Time: 06:32:53
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: COL
Description:
Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer network.
Return value (59).

How to resolve this ??
Is this has anything to do with the slove access to the application running
on this server ??

On that page, the one that looks MOST similar, is the one from a poster
named "Guy" and that's probably where I'd start debugging that unless, of
course, you've recently installed a Symantec product which is also one of
the reasons it seems that someone's had this problem.
