error event id 1000 module name ulmp3acm.acm

During surfing i have a error on screen:"internet explorer has
encounter a problem and needs to be closed.I checked event viewer and i
had event id 1000 modname ulmp3acm.acm
I have winxp with sp2 pack(internet explorer version 6.0.2800.2180. My
machine has all updates.I checked on device manager and all
drivers seem ok.No yellow or red mark.I ve reinstalled my sound card
driver Creative sound blaster but the same error appears,every page on
internet.Seems that this error is related with
audio compression manager(acm file ) that is part of operating system
on system 32 directory.I unistalled Ulead power cinema program,some
audio programs and no luck
On event viewer this error appears on applications and not in system.I
dont have any other error in event viewer,just this one.
I am running out of ideas Please help
 
Never mind.Lucky day for me today.I had this error for over 2
weeks.What i did ,i went to program files directory.I tried to open
every program related to video/audio,like video,audio recording
editing,studio,cinema etc and surprisingly none of them was
working,couldnt open them so i deleted them all.After that i went to
program files/Common. Here i found a file Ulead.Inside of that was
ulmp3acm.acm.I deleted the folder Ulead located inside C/program
filesCommon directory.Rebooted and now i dont have this error appearing
again
